Antique cake server, WMF Pearl, Art Nouveau

With this rare and antique cake server from WMF, eating cakes is even more fun.

The silver-plated cake server shows a noble but simple Art Nouveau style – décor of lines and pearls,

similar to the Decor 44, also produced by WMF. It dates from 1910 to 1925.

The cake lifter still bears the old I/O stamping from this period.
